As Lead Engineer (Individual Contributor, Project Leadership Focus), You’ll:
- Rebuild Systems: Design scalable processes with agile pipelines, CI/CD, and top-quality standards to speed up innovation.
- Lead Projects: Steer teams from concept to launch, aligning with goals, hitting deadlines, and clearing obstacles.
- Apply Expertise: Use deep knowledge of medical devices and surgical tech—especially knee/hip procedures (manual and robotic)—to solve challenges and fuel breakthroughs.
- Prove Product Track Record: Show success in prototyping, testing, regs navigation, and iterations, with hands-on experience in knee/hip surgery tech.
- Build Relationships: Partner with KOLs and surgeons for insights and co-creation of clinically vital products.
- Shape Roadmaps & Mentor: Collaborate on tech strategies with R&D, product, and sales; guide juniors as we grow (no people management).
- Track Trends: Stay ahead on emerging tech and industry shifts.
