Letter from the Ortho capital: Don’t add taxes on medical device makers

 
Any health care bill that adds a tax on medical device makers would absolutely cripple our county, Kosciusko, and surrounding counties, Elkhart and St. Joseph, which derive most of their jobs and money from that industry.
