DJO Inc. has wrapped up three years of transformation with a new name, DJO Global Inc., and an expanded mission to be a global vendor of orthopedic medical devices.
The company was bought for $1.3 billion in late 2007 by an affiliate of the Blackstone Group, and merged into an orthopedics maker that the investment company already owned, Austin-based ReAble Therapeutics Inc.
Now, DJO is looking for a new CEO.
