Wright Medical President and CEO Henley resigns (Forbes)
Wright Medical Group Inc. said that CEO Gary Henley resigned from the company before a board meeting where the company planned to discuss regulatory compliance issues.
Wright Medical also said it terminated CTO Frank Bono for cause. The termination was also related to compliance issues, as Wright Medical said Bono did not "exhibit appropriate regard for the Company's ongoing compliance program."
