I already know that you are passionate.

This is a PSA for the many many people in orthopedics out of work or looking for a better role.
Problem
Too many people write on their resume or LinkedIn profile:

"I am passionate about innovation in Healthcare Technology"
"Passionate About Improving Patients' Lives"
"Competitive and driven young professional, passionate about sales."
"I am passionate about helping patients."

This is terrific, but it's useless. We are all "passionate". This says NOTHING about what you can accomplish for a new employer.
