Acumed has made a strategic purchase of certain assets developed by TECHFIT Digital Surgery, particularly the DISRP online tool for surgical planning with expert support.
I interviewed Mauricio Founder/CEO @ TECHFIT back in 2023 and I was super-impressed by their DISRP online tool. The winners of ortho customs businesses must lead with great surgical planning tools that a surgeon can complete in minutes - like DISRP.
This is a win-win, a strong sale for TECHFIT and a strategic buy for Acumed to do deeper into CMF solutions.
