Fastest Growth
Shoulder Procedures (~11%)
Still the fastest case-volume category in the US. Reverse shoulder keeps expanding the clinical funnel. Robotics is now entering the operating room.
Robotics / Enabling Tech (~9.5%)
Still the fastest product bucket. Revenue is shifting from capital equipment to utilization, disposables, and software. Stryker launched Mako Shoulder on 4.0 and began initial cases with handheld Mako RPS. Zimmer’s US tech line remains strong.
Extremities Implants (~8.5%)
This is where actual implant growth lives. Stryker US Trauma & Extremities grew 12.5% organic in Q2. Enovis US extremities reached +8% in H1.
Sports Medicine (~6.5%)
Highly ASC-friendly with less price erosion than large joints. Smith+Nephew Joint Repair was +10.3% underlying in H1. CONMED ortho posted +6.8% CC in Q2.
