Baxter announced that it had acquired Apatech for $330M ($240M upfront plus $90M in earnouts when certain milestones are met). Apatech is a manufacturer of synthetic bone repair materials, operations in London, England, Foxborough, Massachusetts, USA and Berlin, Germany, and is a world leader in bone graft technologies, selling its products in over 20 countries around the world.
