Orthofix Spine to spin-out and sell to Arthrex Orthofix (NASDAQ: OFIX) plans to spin out its Texas-based spine division and sell it to Arthrex, potentially by December 2025. This follows strong Q3 2025 U.S. fixation sales growth of 8% and 10% procedural volume increase. The move aims to streamline operations amid competition and regulations. Deal value speculated at over $500 million. Arthrex may also acquire UK-based Corin soon, enhancing its joint replacement and robotics portfolio.
