Job offers can vary wildly company to company, but a typical Job Offer includes most the following thirteen elements:

1/Base salary: This is the amount of money that an employee will be paid on a regular basis, typically on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. 2/Bonus: Some companies offer bonuses, which are additional payments made to employees based on performance or other factors. Bonuses are usually stated as "potential" and are calculated as a percentage of base salary. 3/Relocation: If the job requires an employee to move to a different location, the company may offer to cover relocation expenses such as moving costs and temporary housing. Sometimes these are expensed by the company.
